This policy says what we collect, why, and what we do with it, in plain English. We operate in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- If you book a call or contact us: your name, email address, organization, and whatever you write in the message. Bookings are processed by our scheduling provider; their privacy policy also applies.
- If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address, used for one monthly note and nothing else.
- If you browse: standard, privacy-respecting analytics about page visits. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share visitor data with advertisers.
Client data during engagements
When we work inside your systems, we access only what the scoped work requires, under named user accounts you can revoke. Credentials are stored in a password manager, never in plain text. Access ends at handoff. We will sign your confidentiality or data-processing agreement before the first call on request.
How long we keep things
Contact and booking messages are kept while we have a working relationship or a live conversation, then deleted on request or after two years of inactivity. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which every email lets you do in one click.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tinyvation.com and we will respond within one business day and complete the request within 30 days.
Questions
Privacy questions go to hello@tinyvation.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
